Chicago, Ill.- UIC head men's basketball coach Jimmy Collins will appear on Comcast SportsNet's Chicago Tribune Live today (July 8) at 5:30 p.m.

The hour-long live program, hosted by veteran Chicago sports reporter David Kaplan, will feature a visit from UIC's all-time winningest men's basketball coach. Collins will discuss a variety of topics related to UIC men's basketball with Kaplan and scheduled panelists Teddy Greenstein and Melissa Isaacson of the Chicago Tribune.

Comcast SportsNet Cubs pre- and post-game studio analyst Dan Plesac will also be on hand during the show.

Comcast SportsNet is available to Comcast Cable subscribers on channel 37 and HD channel 200. It is also available on DirecTV channel 640 and DISH Network channel 429.

Today's Chicago Tribune Live will also re-air at 1 a.m.
