Account Holds: Every athlete has a hold on their account so no one drops below 12 hours without talking to Sam, Denny, or Molly.
Community Service: Talk to Molly if your team has not participated in a volunteer activity or if your team has done something, let Molly know what it was.
Facebook: Be aware of things that you are putting on this website. Athletes from some schools have gotten their scholarships taken away because of Facebook, so just be smart.
